A New Job!

I began my new job today at The Neigel Center for Cosmetic and Laser Surgery in West Orange, NJ. I am now training with their esthetician and will work alone on Monday, Friday, and the third Saturday of each month.

I will perform the following treatments: microdermabrasion, facials, microdermabrasion facial combinations, chemical peels, and corrective makeup.

I am pleased and honored to work in a medical setting that is highly focused on advanced skin care and technology.

FOUND: An Easier Tweezer

Last week, I went to the HBA (Health & Beauty America) Expo at the Javits Center in NYC. The place is huge so I just walked up and down the aisles for a while only to discover booth after booth of packaging companies and their wares- great for big companies but not for me. However, I am so glad I went because I discovered LA-Tweez, a tweezer with a built-in LED light. The whole device is about the size of a lipstick and even contains a magnified mirror! Ok, I admit it, I watch home shopping channels. The good news is I've discovered great brands and products of which I was not previously aware. Check out my favorites and discover your own.
